Her Studio in Sceaux, near Paris

In 1957 : move of all the family and the studio to Sceaux. Alice Martinez-Richter pursued her big compositions there : The fisherman in ropes, major figures of judokas and clowns, and realized portraits : Mrs Delefosse, Miss O., Christian in the white jumper, The Maths student...

Her sending in the Show of the Women Painters of 1958, to the Museum of the Fine art of Paris, drawed the attention of the journalist Pierre d'Espezel: "For me, I would have rewarded Martinez-Richter Alice, author of a very solid, well composed, well painted scene from the Maghreb and completely in the chosen subject (about one Baudelaire's poem : When flavours, colors and sounds answer). It is moreover necessary of the interest of the Show to give all their chance to the strong painters : too many critics speak too easily about fancyworks."

And in 1965, the magazine The Painter published, about the Show of the Women Painters :
... " Martinez-Richter among whom the layout and the punctuation are remarkable "...

Very affected by the death of her husband in 1970, Alice Martinez-Richter took refuge in painting.

Journeys in Spain inspired her numerous landscapes and particularly a big series of landscapes of Peniscola.
